A. We need your help to list, in detail, everything you bring with your pet, from bedding and toys, to food containers and leashes. Our faculty checks your belongings to make sure everything is present when you pick up your pooch. However, things occasionally are still left behind. If you notice something missing, please call us right away. We hold everything, including measuring cups, leashes, bedding, EVERYTHING. So, if you are missing something when you get home, please call and we will track it down. After 30 days, all unclaimed items are donated a local animal rescue group.
