manners using positive, gentle methods.
You will also learn how to teach basic
commands such as "come, sit, down,

Dog Training II

This class helps your dog
stay under control around distractions.
We teach your dog more advanced and useful
commands such as the emergency down command.
The dogs learn to lay down on command from
a distance off the leash. (For dogs
who have completed Family Dog I, or have
permission from the class instructor). |
Canine
Good Citizen
$100/6 weeks |
This class takes your dog's
training and applies it to real-life situations.
Canines work on good manners while greeting
strangers, staying under control when meeting
another dog, and following basic commands
around major distractions. This class is
also the first step toward pet-assisted
therapy.(Dogs of any age welcome. They
must understand "come, sit, down, and
stay" commands). |
Rally
Obedience
$100/6
weeks |
Canine Rally Obedience is
a brand new AKC sport. It involves moving
through a series of fun obedience stations
performed in a sequence resembling a course.
We will teach you to talk to your dog, use
hand signals, etc.. Rally is a fun, less
formal version of ring obedience. |
